As a yoga teacher and group fitness instructor for the past 10 years, I have devoted much of my life to helping people find their way to an authentic and healing movement practice and inspire their curiosity around yoga philosophy and how to apply it in everyday life. I also have a passion for guiding people in 1:1 personal training sessions to build greater strength, functional mobility and alignment.

I believe that movement is for everyone, no matter your age, experience, or background. Through a blend of yoga, calisthenics, and personal training, I help you build strength, confidence, and alignment, so you can feel powerful and at home in your body, wherever you are.
Whether you're a teen just starting out, an adult looking to deepen your practice, or someone navigating the NDIS, I tailor each session to meet you where you're at. Together, we'll explore bodyweight exercises, improve posture, and develop a mindful approach to movement that supports you in all areas of life.
